Capetonian born, I have had a deep love for storytelling since a child.

 

One of my fondest childhood memories is by one of my favorite writers Roald Dahl's "Charlie and the chocolate factory".

 

I was 7 years old when I first heard this story, I listened excitedly to every word and I could smell the cabbage soup.

I had no idea then, that my love for storytelling would become my career and I feel very blessed everyday to be part of the stories that are told.

 

I have been in the industry since 2001, and I am still as passionate about my job since I started.

​

Moreover, my work is not all storytelling, it's half storytelling and half logics. With both in hand, the excitement then starts.

 

I believe in empowering my crew and I have been blessed with being able to work with truly amazing individuals.

 

Having worked on a variety of projects, I have gained the background and technical knowledge to assist with styling, construction and making of props, dying and sewing of fabrics,

to name a few.

 

I also have extensive knowledge of sourcing and buying of furniture, fabrics, building materials, paints and I am adept at negotiating good deals in order to meet budget requirements.
